3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

4.4 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report violations of these Terms or suspicious activities to our support team.

5. STR8 Tokens

5.1 Token Purpose

STR8 tokens are utility tokens designed for use within our platform ecosystem. They are not securities, investment contracts, or shares in our company.

5.2 Token Acquisition

5.5 No Guaranteed Value

We make no representations regarding the future value, utility, or exchangeability of STR8 tokens.

6. Platform Functionality

6.1 Prediction Creation

  • Selecting available sporting events
  • Setting wager amounts in $5 USD increments
  • Choosing their predicted outcome
  • Waiting for opponent matching

6.2 Prediction Participation

  • Browsing available predictions
  • Selecting opposing outcomes
  • Confirming wager amounts
  • Accepting contest terms

6.3 Escrow and Settlement

  • All wagers are held in smart contract escrow
  • Results are determined by integrated sports data feeds
  • Payouts are automatically distributed to winners
  • Platform fees are deducted from winnings

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding prediction outcomes:

  • Official sports data feeds are the primary source of truth
  • Technical disputes will be reviewed by our team
  • Decisions regarding disputed outcomes are final
  • Users may appeal through our support process

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 Platform Fees

  • We charge platform fees on winning predictions. Current fee structure:
  • Percentage-based fee on winnings
  • Fees are automatically deducted upon payout
  • Fee revenue is allocated according to our tokenomics model

7.2 Blockchain Fees

Users are responsible for all blockchain transaction fees (“gas fees”) associated with:
